Diplomatic STATEments

Statements; strong and represents not just ones perceptions and ideas of a certain or a particular thing or a concept, also beliefs or values; social, economical, or political

Any Diplomatic statement represents its state, visions and missions of the state and similarly any diplomatic authority represent his / her position, authority that she or he represents work for and  most importantly his / her country  

A statement that releases by a diplomat or by a responsible person is different to a something that shares or reveals by an ordinary man or a woman

A statement of a diplomat has its impact in a massive, powerful way, in both good or bad way. Here, what is good or bad decides but the experts, scholars, mass community, society, people  

Therefore I believe ‘a statement that releases without really thinking of the consequences or the results, ‘a statement that releases to the outer, public world for instance about a burning issue, terrorism or about a humanitarian relations that a particular society, organization , community, country maintains with no terror parties, how they deal with terror parties, without really and deeply studying  a matter would worsen or would pull its proceedings towards ‘backward’ not towards ‘forward’ , future

Let me repeat     

When it comes to diplomatic relationships, the statements that a particular state releases to Media or to public has a huge importance. Such has the power to change the world routines of various things, social to political lives of certain group, society, community, and country, global

For instance, if any diplomat states or have stated a particular group as a terror group, releases a list to the public world ‘there is certainly something to think’, ‘the globe has things to analyze and think of further solutions and how to deal with such issues not as an isolated state but as a world community

I believe that the public are not fools therefore what so ever the news or statement releases to the public sphere, by any of the states, the public has the skills to weigh them.

Whether it is a statement made by a diplomat related to any Human rights commission or Global Peace Commissions (any?) or by a top level diplomat of a particular state, shows the side they represent, whether they represent the side of the Peace or of the side of the Terror. And shows what views they hold as a state regarding the things discusses via the statement

The public knows to weigh what ever statement Yet until the public acts as public in public they will not take any actions against what they ‘think is wrong’ or supporting ‘what they think is right’ unless there is an urgent need to do so

The silence of public does not mean that they are a sleep they know when to praise or respect.  Especially when any high diplomats or any responsible authority acts as real diplomats or as fools they react immediately depending on the subject or urgency of the situation (we do meet such diplomats as well rarely though)

The articles also reveals that according to the same annual report the LTTE has not stopped their missions in both Sri Lanka and in India though they were not active like in the past, after the victory gained in 2009

What do you do to ‘Ban fund raising’ isn't it a role of high authorities of mentioned countries, regions?

Who supports them and how they expand their net works, in what ways?

From where do they BUY WEAPONS?

WHAT LICENCE DO THEY HOLD TO SELL WEAPONS TO THE TERROR GROUPS, SPECIALLY WHEN THE WORLD IS VERY WELL AWARE OF THE GROUPS  

We have been telling, we have been explaining the same to the entire universe about these groups but who listened to what we were trying to say, TOTALLY? We are the directly targeted group of this terror group though it may spread to the other part of the world, if not controlled or diminish, eliminated totally. 

Am I right?

NOW, what is our Madame’s (N. Pillai) reaction to what Diaspora did in 2013 or still doing , only if you trust the report Madame and if you like to study what the LTTE is doing here and how the network has expanded globally ‘what needs your attention most’ THINK   

Why do they need WEAPONS, TO CUDDLE, to use as kiddies toys?  

WHAT HARM THAT A WEAPON CAN DO TO THE RIGHTS OF HUMAN, LIFE OF A HUMAN?

WHY A TERROR GROUP SHOULD RISE AND SHOULD BECOME STRONGER IN ITS FUNDS, is it TO FEED THE HUNGER, to buy some cloths for poor, to enhance writing or reading skills of early school leavers of a particular community?, to send some packet of rice to Somalia, to send some health equipments to a community where there is no proper equipments to treat Cancer Patients? To build shelters for homeless, to build a library , to donate wheel chairs for the ones who have lost legs because of a terror attack?

For what?   

Hunger or poverty is not the only reason for a terror group to function

I read, today one of the articles of the book, ‘the battles for Hearts and Minds’ written by Michael Chege ‘Sierra Leone: The state That Came Back from the Dead’

‘That same week, President George W. Bush addressed the United Nations (UN) International Conference on Financing Development in Monterrey, Mexico, pledging to double U.S. foreign aid by providing an additional $ 10 billion in the next three years, as he asserts poverty can provide the setting under which countries become heavens for terrorism’.        

That was then, I believe over years, the visions and objectives of terror groups have changed in comparison to the oldest terror groups and their objectives, that are still exist globally

I do not know how many new terror groups are joining the lists  

I believe that Poverty is not anymore a main reason for a terror group to rise. There are other reasons in the modern world we live. The reasons can be ‘religious’, ethnical or to obtain a plot of land as a different state, perceptions; cultural or social divisions, the differences of thinking as a westerner or as a Easterner, as Asians or as Europeans

There are other groups that have not literally or politically identified as terror groups  also are dangerous exactly like the groups that we identified or recognized as terror groups. Such also have hidden agendas or secret work plans and has secret inner missions and visions such you do not find in lists of terror groups

I am not joking some of such try to divide the world in to separate parts careful studying of every single happening of the world would help all to understand such groups well   

Terrorism is not something that is impossible to eliminate or delete from the world we live, though it is no easy  

Again, not only that the public always expect ‘the diplomats or the individuals responsible to the public ‘speaks no rubbish’ but the truth’. And when the diplomats or the people responsible to the people of the world stay firm in their statements and when they truly represent their statements ‘the public has and shows their honor towards them not unnecessarily or exaggeratedly but the honor that they should truly get

About the world views about diaspora or about their views about other groups who holds various views on certain situations of a particular community and when they releases their opinions and share them with the outside world, they have to be careful ‘if a statement spoils or worsen any of the situations, any can take steps to neutralize the situation  

There are certain things that exist in this world that can not be dragged back to its original positions, no use OR we can say that it is very dangerous to do so

Any statement that releases by any of the diplomats or leaders to be, any candidates, after winning or before contesting can not be devalued or forgettable for instance the future leaders or the candidates who represents BJP or Rahul or Priyanka , the two Gandhi their views, perceptions  and attitudes on international issues or situations , political, social or otherwise are important for all. It is important not just because we are their immediate neighbor but to maintain good relationship as international partners of a global community

But we always expect India to be a True and Intelligent neighbor, a friend

It is so good to hear that Iraq has faced their new election and about 12 millions (?) have voted this election compared to the previous election. 

We wish Iraq wisdom and courage to deal and face everything without facing obstacles not only internally but also your relationships globally
