Very impressive
piece of advertising, I was thinking about these words until I reach to my
destination of life (current) from the minute I saw this very attractive four
words sentence.
‘Ada mudalata heta nayata’ …… this is what I have heard before when it
comes to ‘shopping at retail shops/groceries’.
Baalagiri
dose ada nowe heta’
that reveals something different to the above statement but has some sense if
you think of ‘paying back’ the credit or the loans of your daily needs let’s
assume etc.
I saw this
little wording somewhere between Rajagiriya and Pitakotte. (The title)
My goodness
‘wonders of advertising’ I thought the very moment I saw this. Is it that easy
to buy things you like and pay later? Wonderful isn’t it? Actually I am just
thinking about the wording nothing else. I have no idea what is behind this
advertisement and what they really meant.
But this four words sentence took my mind here to there and again I came
back to my previous position of thoughts.
Why is it the
particular product not so demandable and why can’t pay at that right moment of ‘purchasing’
things? Is that because the thing that
we trying to buy comes under ‘not good quality’ category or is it the opposite ‘they
are sure about the lasting period of the product’?
These things
you can assume just looking at these words ‘amazing’ I believe. You can assume more
and more of similar ideas I believe.
Is this
something similar to ‘credit card’ system or let’s say some credit system. Never
mind I m not interested in knowing all these things because I don’t think that I
need anything right now due to my lack of economic confidence.
On the way I
saw one of friends was waiting for me at ‘Chandrika Super Grocery’ (I was
planning to meet one of my friends there) . She was there with an angry face
because I was late. (Sorry!) That is a good meeting place I guess you can talk
while doing shopping with your friends.
NO! Actually they offer no such facility don’t go there thinking of buying
something on credit and paying later. No way :)
Some need
nothing really but love to be here and there or at shopping malls and yes if
they find something interesting or something amusing they may buy later and go
back home with a smile.
How about
those ‘taxies’ do they offer such facility. ‘GO NOW PAY LATER’ that is what you
do generally right? If you know where you are heading to I mean the exactly place
of your stop you can pay earlier but if you are not sure about how far that you
will have to travel then you really can not pay earlier. Then you need to
follow this ‘go now pay later’ procedure. I am asking the ladies actually
because I noticed it is women who use such facilities than men. Not agree! Alright
please forgive. Interesting research topic I thought.
It is
always wiser to travel knowing the exact place you want to reach to. Because in
the system that I use (I travel by bus) I have to pay before reach to my place
of pre planned. If not the ‘tikka’s we use to call them ‘tikko’ (please forgive
me for using that word here) the CTB officers who come to inspect you of your
bus ticket? I don’t know how much they charge now as ‘fine’.
Sometimes if
you buy something now thinking of paying later I wonder how much you need to
suffer if you have not bought the right thing, a quality one, then I believe you
are already paid something before hand for selecting the product of your
choice.
Last year
we bought a TV from a ‘Sale shop’ we had to take it back to the same place within
few days of time. ‘Sale shops’ gives same hazards sometimes.
Selecting a
good quality product is thousand times difficult than producing a best quality
product, finally I like to decide that way.
‘Buy
one and get one free’ that is the other myth. Generally most of
these places offer something that we really don’t necessary for free. Or is it ‘buy two get one free’? What ever I can’t
be bothered now thinking about that ways of advertising.
‘There are ways of handling these business stuff they
are for sure very, very useful for most of their customers and that meet their
needs.
If you buy a Land some may offer you a sofa settee for ‘free’. Intelligent offer NO? Rarely some may offer
you a vehicle better no if you are planning to buy and build your house in a land in a remote area?
People try this and that when it comes to business in
the field of retail market/business. They
offer you different things. ‘Customers
need to be very aware of their true needs here without going in to accepting
the every offer in a ‘foolish way’. If you take too long to think you may miss
the offer. But I believe that is alright. You may for sure get another chance
let’s say in the next seasons to come. Take
time and select, if possible better discuss with your family members before
purchasing something or consult your partner.
We live in a very colourful ‘advertising world’ that is
my personal judgment about certain things and about many things of this ‘buying
and selling ‘world. What more can you think of other things?
If you think of food ‘security’ you need to see the label
before buying something. There is always an expiry’ date is marked on various
food packets or containers. So don’t go just for the wording ‘buy now pay later’.
How can you expect tyrants to provide you food ‘security’ no way? They might
add poisons what else. That is why it is so advisable to check the label before
hand. Is it that important NO! (Thought later) why because we never go and buy
things from our tyrants NO? I mean our food stuff etc. so better forget that. Some
things are hot and spicy and I don’t think that we need to care about such
things I heard some one was saying that ‘it is good to eat hot and spicy things
because that cleanses all the blocking things of the system. I don’t know how this tally with my
discussion ‘buy now pay later’ Am I going out of this path of discussion?
I know nothing about business or about the fields of
advertising this is just a view of an ordinary customer.
I think it is so advisable to buy something not on
credit believe me but on having ‘ready with cash’ what do you say?
Safe and intelligent purchasing!
