THIS ON BEHALF OF PEOPLE OF OUR COUNTRY
Yesterday:
(09 / 11/ 2014) 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall
What
is a wall? How do you identify this term ‘wall’? Some would say a wall is a barricade;
some others might say a wall is something that looks after your privacy, if you
think of a wall of a home (personal). Wall for some is a thing that protects
your entities, your lands and your loved ones within some square kilo meters or hectares or acres.
What
are the walls that you have heard about before, the grate wall of china, the
Berlin wall? Is that all?
Have you
ever thought of the walls that some internationally acclaimed (?) organizations
are trying to build between zones, within countries?
The
world should understand that there comes a moment that the world should break
all the walls that they themselves built up in favour of departing people from
each other for example West from East or West from Asia or North from South.
But remember once something is built using concrete it is not easy to break. Therefore
before trying to build a wall between people, groups, individuals think many
times. If not it may take decades to re build human relationships that breaks due
to the walls who ever is building thinking of splitting people purposely from
each other, pushing them to practice the characteristics of enemies not the characteristics
of friendships.
Some times
the terms and words you are using could be a barrier for you to link or bond
people with each other using the thread of peace and harmony. And most
importantly if you use your words to break or spoil any peaceful environment that
is a crime, my human senses say.
If you
take Sri Lanka now the people of all parts of it live a NO FEAR.
Yes,
if you take me for example I am totally afraid of people who are trying to
spoil the peaceful environment I am currently experiencing compared to my
previous experiences that is before 2009.
Further,
I can explain I was so afraid to go to any public offices, any place close to
Armed forces reason is our Armed forces was and is the big enemy of terrorism,
the kind me who did not fully understood how they protect us using their
intelligences. I was afraid to stay longer in Public banks, trains, buses
because I was so afraid of ‘BOMBS’.
Many news
videos of some attacks and bomb blasts that I have watched come in to my mind uninvitedly
this moment. Let me not fear my inner areas rethinking, reminding those things
again and again. I do not want to indulge those memories to fear me, torture my
mind because such things were fearful night mares.
No! Don’t
be surprised. This country is doing everything to fight against who ever is
trying to spoil peace and harmony that they won after more than three decades
of experiences of terrorism.
I do not know how some can compare the experiences
they gain with the experiences that some others get. If you take Afghanistan or
Syria, if you weigh the assassination of Mr. Rajiv Ghandhi, 9 / 11 attack , for
example ‘ you may not feel exactly the way that the directly affected people
feel specially if you are not a member, if you have no affiliation with the
groups , individuals directly or indirectly. To understand something at least to a certain extent
you need to be a member (true member) of those who are suffering from something
like terrorism. If you are a member of
any coalition you need to understand each and every member lets say at least 99.05
lets keep .05 for human error in trying to understand people or its members.
You
can’t just look at the recent pages of history of any member country of your
ally, if you are interested in understanding any situation that spoiled their
lives for years. And as a learner of something, or as a diplomat, professional who
is responsible to the globe in ‘supporting to maintain peace and harmony in
every inch of this universe you have to be very careful in releasing your
statement against any community who is currently experience or recovered from
any nasty or horrible situations of past that broke people’s hearts and minds.
Ah! Evidences
what an interesting term it is certainly.
My goodness
in what world were you in those years let me try to give a period, roughly to
think back ‘1976 – 2009’, if your royal highness is interested in knowing and
understanding the lives of Sri Lankans who feared by TERRORISM – THE LTTE
I request
your highness to remove the princely lenses and replace some ordinary lenses to
see through the lives of some people of this globe accurately by getting not
poor pictures of what had happened in the past or is happening not only in Asia
but also in other parts of world. The World out side to Palaces is totally
different your highness. Forget the VIP’s
of this globe think of the people who walk and run, travel and fly without any high
security like your royal highness receive by the Palace security system or by
the UN high commission authority.
We need
to walk, drive, fly, and travel in any part of this globe, from any place to
any place FREELY WITH NO FEAR, your highness.
I guess
you need to not depend on just what ever number of forms you get from what so
ever party, groups, individuals filled by them selves or filled by actually people
but get the true heart evidences, perhaps you can ask for a CT Scan report of
heart beats of people of last few decades of our country to understand some of
the things clearly.
Perhaps,
Dear UN high Commissioner who is assigned to protect human rights of people of
this globe, you may have gained or earned every qualification from any leading
Universities to analyze any number of data that you get by any humans collated
for various or what so ever reasons, objectives, you may have gained many years
of experiences in doing so BUT I am certain that you have not gained any experiences
that we have gained as people who was suffering from terrorism. I do not think that
there were any bomb blasts close to your Palace you live.
Yes, you
are very proud of the trainers you have in the organization which is good. I wonder
how you used that expertise knowledge of them in your previous involvements. Haven’t the organization tried to investigate
anything of LTTE, were you afraid of them? Oh! I forgot you were not the high
Commissioner to protect global peace and you are assigned for the job recently
after Navi pillay retired (?) and no direct or indirect involvements with organizational
activities?
I wonder,
your highness, how do you define the term ‘impartial’? Do you know that ones biases can spoil any
activity schedule of peace of any community? You can
fabricate data to prove something if you want ‘prove what’ this is’ important.
How unbiased
are you?
Let me
point out some questions that some organizations keeps before your table of
judging people (following information I quote from an article compiled by
Shenali Waduge of The Nations Paper dated 10 / 11/ 2014 under title of ‘Caught
Red – Handed, page 6) I just like to quote only one bullet formed fact because I
do not want to drag this essay unnecessarily, one can refer the paper if
necessary for more information

should also recall how arrested LTTE members in Malaysia were found with UNCHR
identify cards which opened another can of worms which the UN has subtly
brushed under the carpet.

We
have every right to now to wonder if the Ban Ki Mon Panel report was compiled
in a similar fashion because ………………… ( read the paper)

About
METHODOLOGY, your highness
Like
everyone is worried I have some worries too, about the ‘due dates’ of
submitting their evidences (?) e mails, letters, why some can provide them
after the given dead line?
Do you
understand the term ‘favoritism’, properly and accurately? Is favoritism another
facet of bias, the other side of the same coin that you use to toss the lives
of people of this country?
SERIAL
NUMBERS? Of the forms how can we know them? As mentioned in the letter sent to
you, mentioned in forth coming paragraph I guess the country has the right to
question or ask because we are one of the oldest members of your ally since
1955. Please re read the letter if you have forgotten the years or dates
joining of your members.
I like
the sentence, words, set of terms, ‘Principles of independence’ but I hate the
sentence, set of terms; ‘the principles of terrorism’, principles of treating
different zones differently with regard to maintaining peace and harmony, principles
of distributing forms to certain parties in order to collate (UN) biased data
And your
highness, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DISTRIBUTE A COPY OF THE LETTER SENT TO YOU BY
THE GOVERNMENT OF OUR COUNTRY RESPONDING YOUR ACTS AND RESPONSES REGARDING THE NEWS RELEASED ON NOVEMBER 7, 2014 BY YOU, THE HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS,
AMONG EVERY MEMBER COUNTRY, INDIVIDUAL IF YOU SAY YOU ARE ‘ TRANSPARENT AND NO
SECRET ROOM CONVERSATIONS HELD OR WILL BE Having OR WILL BE PLANNING TO BE
HELD WITH ANY WHO SUPPORT TERRORISM.
TODAY;
I live a bit of fearful life because of the things that I hear and read from
the address and premises of UN high commissioners office for human rights.
TOMORROW;
will this country get maximum support from
every human rights council to maintain the PEACE AND HARMONY that the country
has won with (indescribable) unexplainably difficulty, loosing the lives of
loved ones, heritages, dignities, personalities, brains and intelligences?
IMPORTANT;
we are not asking for COMPENSATION but ‘LEAVE US ALONE’ AND LET THE FORMAL
ADMIN SYSTEM OF OUR COUNTRY ADMIN THE COUNTRY INDEPENDENTLY, PEACEFULLY WITHOUT
ANY INACCURATE
GOD (OF
ALL FAITHS) BLESSES THIS COUNTRY!

ABOUT
BERLIN; I am glad that they enjoy ‘no walls’ between each and every nation of
their country’ that barrier their day today living and lives
Lets gather
at one place to raise a voice against every level of involvement of harming
peace and harmony of any figure, outfit, body of organization, facets of
terrorism because ‘ every life is worth and important’ , we must respect every
country’s dignity and liberty to live a peaceful life
