Please accept my congratulations and warm wishes for your new political carrier to be started officially on the 4th of February 2019, on the day that we will be celebrating our 71st National Independence!
Frankly, we need more and more spine-strong female politicians not only for the region but also for the entire world.
i hope you will focus more on following whenever possible;
- combat women abuse, sexual abuse and harassment everyday and every way in public or behind closed doors.
- raise women's education - formal and informal etc.
- support women eradicate poverty specially at household level
- regional peace and harmony through respecting respecting political freedom of the neighboring countries.
- equal opportunities for every poor /person
- ensure everyone's right to religion in every region, every caste, class etc.
- support enhance abilities of women in literature etc, without waiting to support them on the 8th march every year.
i am sure you have learned many things from the past by now from great grand parents and grand parents, parents and from others; the weaknesses and successes of every diplomatic, foreign , cultural , social , economic dealings /agreements made between the two countries; Sri Lanka and India.
i hope that you can compile a fresh agenda to further nourish and enhance relationship between two countries respecting each other's political independence etc. in the region as a country. for instance avoiding unnecessary interventions etc. like some mature politicians now and then.
Since many decades we didn't hear any news about a lady prime minister from your motherland. help us hear such a news from your country.
