Who says the LEADER should do everything ?

To develop a UNIT lets say , you need a good Captain.true no doubt. i can give examples a better one , if any one of you need or lack in examples.

it was a strong example that justifies the above rationale. 

that is an example i can remind in order to understand the 'importance of the qualities of a good leader'

it's about leaders 

in addition to that,in that particular year 'all Armed Forces and the Secretary - Defense, no doubt along with all other groups , given their fullest support to achieve the target, was fully apparent. Also the result shows the spirit of good supporters / assisting staff or the major task holders, completers including of any goal hunters

 
keep the Defense Groups on a side to understand the rest of the units and the tasks assigned. let's turn towards an example to verify, to get a better picture of what i am trying to say, further

The leader is appointing his / her staff, lets assume, not only to assist the leader but also to complete the tasks assigned to each individual staff? 


Is that right? if you want more clarifications, lets say those who wins anyle relevant elections,should be allocated with suitable tasks, expected to be completed and most importantly RESPONSIBLE. 

lets me explain the same in another words

what is the basic structure  of a lets say an 'Admin Unit', for an example?

who are the people seated below the seat of the LEADER, within the 'bureaucratic frame work' 

i don't know whether any of the MP should refer 'Max Weber' to get an accurate picture

If the leader should do everything what is the point having the REST?

Who says the LEADER is RESPONSIBLE for everything ? 
 
i suggest,  the PERSON / individuals, who SAYS so SHOULD STAY at home , the LEADER will look after the ADMIN UNIT in its every aspect

Raise his / her PAY then

Automatically the pay of the unit supporters, when they reached back home, respecting the retirement , should be added to the salary of the LEADER

how about that : - )

If the same theory applicable to any Community Management , The Country Management , the authorities should Open the exit door to leave the place and rest at home, anyone who thinks so

Who is aware of the set of term ' DIVISION OF LABOUR / DUTIES / TASKS'(Y%u ĂșNckh)


when you are divisionning the tasks among the members of your unit, YOU NEED TO HAVE A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF THE SKILLS, CAPACITIES, WEAKNESSES OF YOUR MEMBERS BEFORE ASSIGNING ANY TASKS. 

IF YOU FEEL THAT 'THE ABILITY PROFILE' OF THEM IS HEAVIER THAN THE TASKS ASSIGNED, WHAT DO YOU THINK THAT YOU SHOULD DO?

DO YOU THINK THAT YOU SHOULD GIVE THEM A POULTRY UNIT TO LOOK AFTER? 
 
I think in the coming election , the candidates who says or believe that 'the person who is in charge of  any sub ministries, departments, big ministries, the unit managers should shoulder the responsibility of their assigned task 'must earn highest VOTES'.

Additionally, those who take the responsibility of what ever tasks they are assigned with , tasks incompleted , failed, should 'represent them selves' without any hesitations to do so, 'must get highest votes' for their honesty. You can rely on such people 

Those who think that they can relaying with any others, out side grounds mustn't earn votes

you cannot rely on them 

let me give reasons .........................

Those Who always think that it is the leader who should take every responsibility of any wrong doing for example, are dangerous in the long run, harmful to any admin unit, won't benefit from them. 

They might use the same theory, when it comes to 'people question them for their assigned tasks , uncompleted, they might point the finger towards the leader who lead the Unit, naming he or she as the person responsible for their un attended tasks. 

if you think that 'foundation stones of some now have become tall trees ' please provide 'self justifications'

Do you see any ill-justifications in my rationale here?

i see a point in 'Why the Executive President Mr. M. Sirisena appointed, Mr. Wickramasinghe as the  Prime Minister' and how?

If he does not have the right to use the executive power, the former prime Minster is the Prime Minister of the Sworn  Government until the next election surfaces 

i know how powerful is the VOTE of people. 

Specifically, when it comes to not only selecting the head of the country also in selecting the rest of the members of the Parliament.

The people of this country we live, must think of the skills and capacities of the 'profiles' of the candidates of the forth coming election
