It is not a matter of time, often its a matter of attitudes, awareness .........................

Today the universe is celebrating its women's Day!

To thank fully or not to thank fully, the world has sett  dates for Parents, Teachers , Fathers, Mothers, Elders, Children,  very including for Females. Did i mention all the human groups?

Its good. It is not a bad thing to practice but what is important to know here is 'whether the groups above mentioned including  'the females', need any specific days to think of themselves or of their roles, duties, responsibilities plus rights ?

Today,  equally, all human beings are entitle to all the rights as described or explained in the books of rights of the world.

In order to understand 'how those Rights related Sentences have added or entered in to those books needs to review history, it has a series of stories since its fights for rights, began.

It is not just a day's achivement.   It took years to come to this stage that women are celebrating or the human beings are celebrating  today, with regard to their rights though, often we hear some talk about rights forgetting the terms 'responsibilities'

Though 'female' is a one specific term when it comes to global matters or universal explanations.  i find some differences of the roles that the European or the Asian females are playing, with regard to the role that they play in the 'Family Unit' specifically, and the role that she plays in her respective work places.

Her rights with regard to 'FREEDOM' that the term it self unifies or clarifies related to 'EDUCATION", meant 'equal rights to Education, Job Opportunities, Equal Pay with every incentive entitled or given according to the rules and regulations of  The Labour Laws Local or International without any 'hindered agendas' is a must.

i wonder whether the females today is totally or somewhat enjoy the above mentioned rights here or there in this globe we live.

If that is happening 'Dear Females , you have won something total'

i guess there is some issues with regard to 'workers ' awareness' , whether it is males or females and their working conditions'

and ATTITUDES of some illiterate EMPLOYER 's lead to some differences that females are facing today.

It is no point giving a set of forms to the employers , dear Sirs, you need to monitor or check whether the information of the employers, provided by any employers are true or false.

i believe that whether its a male or a female, 'every worker has a right to receive a 'letter of contract' that actually safe guards the worker within the described 'labour rules and it provides the worker a certain protection'  through out his or her working period and even after his retirement. Am i right?

what is the importance of the role of the departments or ministries of relevant ' LABOUR' for instance with regard to what i discuss here on behalf of working women.

it is just adding 'Pay Increments 'to the salaries of working groups ,  the duty or the responsibility of a State?

JOB description is important here with regard to every job title that a man or a female holds.  they should receive a clear description of their roles, this should be issued along with the letter of contract

PAY SLIPS - often  some neglects this part , the slip should mention the following

Name of the Employer / groups
Name of the Employee
The number given when registering as a employer or when entitled any rights of Labour  
Category of worker - Contract / temporary / permanent 

The Basic Pay 

The total number of normal working hours according to the Laws
The total number of extra working hours ( Over time hours) worked by the worker
details of any days worked on PUBLIC or Mercantile holidays ( because the rates are different on these days)

Deductions, if any - this can be EPF % or ETF %, any other deductions for example for the loans taken, Salary advancements

Plus 

Salary deductions for the leaves taken  (annual or sick)

Added amounts ( Cola - cost of living allowances, any incentives
incentives (Daily Attendance, Performances (Group Incentives)
Workman's compensation ( if any ) 

Bonuses

Total Payment = ?


when a state classifies the categories of workers, i believe that some forgets the categories that do not belong to 'STATE or PRIVATE sector. This affects when the in between categories do not really getting any increments or any other facilities given by state authorities, relevant

for exaple

in the recent Budget Reading , salary increments were described mainly under two main categories of workers, State or government workers, Private Sector workers . And according to some news some says that every temporary worker should be raised up to permanent category

But the government should very well aware that there are categories that do not belong to the categories above mentioned, must study the roles and categories to get awareness on the things that i discuss here.

i believe that some employers are afraid of the packages of retirement , EPF, ETF, that they should give though the role or the working category is highly important or proved neccesary due to the availability of funds or money in hand.

how are you going to verify or clarify such categories with regard to gaining all the relevant what ever the other categories are receiving?

If any worker has worked for a period of time at a stretch to a one particular Employer though you get  certain days break in between or join as a new worker after every break of work   'how are you going to clarify the important of such working categories?

does it shows, that the category shows or has some importance or relevance?

let me move on to some side of human safety within the benefits we get like 'EDUCATION"

Dear Students - Universities i like to request , you probably have heard of RUPA ( i cannot remember the year that she joined the University of Peradeniya) who became disabled due to 'rags' she faced, she jumped over a storied building because she was afraid of she facing any situations?

that happened long time ago but i heard an incident recently a University girl committing suicide because of the same reason , proved, according to the letter she written to her parents before she was really trying to die

i find innocence in some of the things that you guys are doing but some we cannot praise or agree

i know no student is intentionally doing it or purposely doing it but how are we going to find the solutions to prevent such incidents happening or receiving similar results 

i am sure you have a solution

so on this special day shall we vow to ourselves that we are not going to practice any harsh  ways to welcome our freshes ?

i really do not like to classify human categories to talk about rights or responsibilities of human beings  yet it is easy to discuss things when you segmentize things related to humans

Lets hope a better place for all within a No Terror Fear Environment

instead of trying to DIVIDE lets PLUS this world in UNITY
