Who wanted to send Tiger Mark Caps to England ????????????????

To whom?, 

Thinking of what?

You thought of sending those caps or hats to Queen Elizabeth II thinking of getting her majesty's support? You should have sent a few to Geneva and to those who expect the Forces of Sri Lanka hang till death, buddies?

What does the incident happened revel?

Is the LTTE a banned group in England? What freedom they have in England? Knowing the sizes of the threat can any organization consider the group as a group that has the right / freedom to engage in any activities as they please to broaden or to widen the network buried in Sri Lanka, officially? 

Now as a citizen of Sri Lanka, i believe that Geneva should re-think of the Suggestions that they have Documented against Sri Lankan forces etc. And i like to ask the official members of the relevant organization to read and study HISTORIES of each and every WAR that the world communities faced through out  history and you may begin to suggest things for all who actively participated, engaged in war activities in the past aiming at what ever reason, though every activity wasn't organized against any terrorism groups and do not miss a single page of history of world Wars, popularly known as WWI, WWII and every other activity took place aiming at what ever reason, in any of the continent , territory and  after finishing that kindly come to Sri Lanka last with your suggestions and do not forget to have a separate sheet of suggestions for the LTTE policy makers and for the Leaders :) no more and for who ever (you may aware of them no?) successfully planned things such as sending or distributing tiger mark caps.

And at least for killing people (civilians) who worked at the Bank of Ceylon 40 years back and for damaging the building , the incident is equal to damaging the economy of the country. kindly keep that in your mind before documenting the suggestions, sirs and madame. 

And America, if you think that the Bank of Ceylon incident and the humanitarian damage done to the country bombing the building without thinking of the civilians inside (both workers and the customers) is smaller when compared with the incident happened in 9 / 11 you may support the Geneva Suggestions and their plans. According to what i read so far, the current President Trump administration is fully and totally against terrorism. i as a citizen of this Island, kindly request the President of United States to analyze the entire period and the levels of sufferings , traumas, sighs and tears of every single citizen of the country due to the the terror activities of LTTE. And honorable President if you think that any armies , forces (of any country of any region) who try rescue their citizens from terror activities shroud be hanged till death or severely punished how do you suggest to punish the groups such as LTTE for crimes they have INTENTIONALLY    done?  

And sir, if you could kindly list any of the wars that shed no blood in the battle fields of past, kindly let entire world know, including the International Human Rights Organization.
