We warm welcome the world wealth of EXPERINECES ……….

We gain experiences every moment in every interaction we make or create with people, different individuals, groups, personalities in every gathering or in every occasion political or apolitical, formal or informal, it is little different for the diplomats or top authorities, the heads of states the possibilities of gaining different experiences and sharing directly with the very direct parties is possible, the chances of such sharings are different when compared to the any gatherings of general citizens.

i thought of looking at different organizations, committees, groups the ways of function as an outsider, not an expert' view to such organizations at various levels i am not saying that these are the specific or exact things that can be seen within such structures and i may have missed things or may have added things that are not accepted by a recognized institution or a structure.  thought of sharing my views here with you.

The issues or topics they discuss at these occasions or at discussions are different. The things that people/groups discuss differ depending on the nature of the meeting or the gathering or the ‘aims and objectives of the group or the particular organization.

The decision making abilities of groups/ personal is different here in ‘big committees or in the groups that have big aims and objectives beyond their ‘marked territories’ small to big.

The base of such big committees or organizations is smaller committees at small communities, the samitees, the seettu groups, little savings groups I believe that those little CBO concepts that has arose in ‘very grass – roots level have come a longer distance up to forming or setting up very big organizations such as ‘local to international’.

The small or grass roots level organizations are for ‘to target or to achieve the aims and objectives in a smaller or monor level and then to be taken to the discussed things to the very next level of committees or to the organizations.

Those committees, organizations from bottom to top of any community to country appears in the society or in certain understandable structure are like a stair case’ group of certain or countable number of steps’. They shows certain or different levels.
In each level there are things discuss it is interesting to see all these are ‘linked very well from bottom to the top level. This is a much expected pattern of any organizational structure and the success levels of those things shows the inner abilities of maintaining or the ‘ruling abilities within, or the strength of codes or conducts, ethics, the things practice within, the strength formulated within its members.

The lasting period of such formalities and the achievements provide us a picture of many things.
The abilities of working together as a group, no place for individuality, every decision take or the things discuss always shows and aims for ‘common good’ nothing comes individual purposes the purposes of gathering always for a something common for the benefit of the ‘big number’ always. But finally every single thing that proposes or suggest by every single person will benefit a big number, certain society, certain country, region, continent and finally the whole world.
Any suggestions that suggests by any individual (if you take this word as a country representative that hints something ‘plural’ not single) finally has to admit or accept by the big representation, the other representatives of the group or the committee of any level small or big levels, grass roots or top levels. The good thing here is that ‘if one or two are opposing to something, to a suggestion of someone or a particular group ( minor) may be the others have the opportunities to have a debate until they get the true and the most want or accepted or majority agreed decisions.  
The expertises of group members are different generally in every single ‘committee’ or the groups based in the communities and other committees based outside communities. Therefore the benefits of such things are so vital when compared to something very individual levels. To achieve maximum benefit or to succeed something better, ‘better linked network of communities, samities, committees is so essential and vital and immeasurable.    
 The decision making power of different levels of such committees from grassroots level to top shows difference I believe a the decision making power of a CBO limit to their own community and for them to go beyond they have to adopt or accept the ‘rules and abilities to make decision of the next level of the big structure.

  Some directly get involve in ‘controlling the necessary or must things and ruling ‘their expected sectors, regions or fields respecting the culture, traditions political or social, ethics and the rules and regulations of their marked territories, countries, regions but any grass roots or otherwise has to obey the ‘world rules that will lead any society towards maintaining not only ‘the development of its own territory but the whole world for maintaining the ‘peace and harmony of the world.

Sometimes the resources owns or heritage, the issues face, the problems to be solved, the answers to be found, the things achieved, differ from place to place, community to community, country to country, region to region. When they all gather at a certain point, on a certain time period, ‘they try get the maximum use of time and days allocated’.

 the heads or bottom to top authorities of a particular, committee, community, field, region, they get immense and immeasurable chances to share experiences, victories, achievements, discuss the issues with each other of the things they commonly face, and here they try find solutions together not alone.

Discuss common issues or achievements achieved using the talents and experiences of a particular group, set of people, leadership, TOGETHER with everyone will surely lead towards achieving their common aim or objectives.

Things such as how won and why failed things are generally discussed in these gatherings formal or informal. When they practice any of the plan or the activities of the organization committee next time aiming to achieve maximum success of something or in trying to achieve a target ‘these experiences of all gathered at different levels at different times can be used in a much better way to achieve the main objectives of the organizations.  

The true spirit of victories, the meaning of the word ‘victory or achieving certain targets can be purely fulfilled by truly getting together, working together, discussing together, finding solutions together asking from a friend if has issues or need some help before the big group friend here is the big party, we can do many things the group want or expect while sharing the resources they have with the other parties participants, members ‘human and other wise’ 
 Political or apolitical, cultural or economical, or social, the representatives of any region or any of the big sectors, ‘they all ‘bring in or taking away the ‘experiences shared within people/ personal from various places of various fields from different point of views, perspectives, angles aiming for a common aspiration, aim, objective - ‘the holistic development in each and every sector of their countries or regions finally the whole world.

Ones experiences are a wealth not only for him/herself, family, community, village, country, region those things we can measure or value as ‘the world wealth’

A person, head of a particular field or a region is representing may a smallest unit of a society, community- ‘the family, a country, a region or in short ‘each and every person of their respective fields who gathers at these places or occasions I believe they bring in to such places a community, village or country full of experiences, and share them at a certain point or when necessary or as planed according to the objectives of the organization/committee.

Sharing common and world wealth with the very common not private groups of people for common good is something that is so vital for every individual, society.

We warm welcome the ‘the world wealth of experiences and resources’- ‘the common wealth’, a better flat form to discuss and share experiences’
