Can we say 'Rest in Peace Presidential Election'?

NO! i (one of the women who hold the power to vote) do not think so, yet i have some questions to ask from the AUTHORITIES or from the PEOPLE who are enjoying the thrill of the seats given to them by the PUBLIC of this country

following are the questions, the list may exceed 19 in total, perhaps 19A inclusive of answers or NOT?

Are we going to break any record in creating amendments in the history or in the future, with regard to the Political arena, segment of the country?

i am thinking of the JHU's 19 A challenges but that is something to be explored


Let me begin this note asking a very ordinary question like following-what is this new ha ho about the 'board' that is the government trying to be implemented instead of having a Presidential election?

Who is going to select this board, i like to name it this way; The Lord of the LORD?

What are the criteria going to be used in selection of this board ?

On what basis?

The Nature of the members of the board?

# in total?

Consists of whom( any Carrier or Professional Classification)

What are the qualifications that they should hold?

Can any one apply for the post of 'member of board of the LORD of the LORD?

What will happen to the likes and dislikes of the PUBLIC, The People?

Can the PUBLIC select this board?

How are you going to 'Rate the biasedness or unbiasedness of this board?

How are you going to ' select this board, considering  the 'personal party choices' or personal preferences of any ordinary human being, prutagjana's of the members of the board?

I am sure that every person very well aware that 'selecting a suitable person for any of the position that has something to do with 'PEOPLE's Choices, 'SERVICES for PUBLIC, is not like selecting any other board or committee. It is different to maintaining a selection committee of The Board of Cricket', Coconut Development Board, 


For how long that the board will last?

Does the membership changes after selecting a president?

Is the shape and the size of the title of the Executive Presidency' going to be changed in parallel to establishment of this board ?

What are the (fair) reasons that this yahapalanaya going to keep before the public in deciding to challenge the 'voting power of public in selection of the first person of the country?

i personally believe that people should hold the power of selecting the President of the country' that should not go in to any other group , committee or a board?

Please do not try to grab the right of people in  selecting the members of parliament, if you do so you are trying to degrade the 'rights and vote' of the public

People should hold the power of selecting any parlimentarian and similary they should hold the right to send them home if they do not like them

What is the total population of this country?compared to that big number 'what is the weight or the heaviness of the total number of individuals in this group of the board?

i sometimes wonder 'why you do not inquire the likes or the dislikes of the people' before taking such decisions though you are given full rights by the people voting you


i understand that is the nature of the 'POWER' of the members of the parliament of this country or the nature of thinking but i guess one should not forget the POWER of the PEOPLE at any moment

Some say that before implementing any development project or any thing the government should do a feasibility study, I do not know why they have reached the Sea Shells  Islands

A Board does not always represent the , The likes or the dislikes of the Majority preferences of the PUBLIC

Do not misread the word 'Majority' please. I am not talking about the Sinhalese here, i am taking about the ' the majority of the Sri Lankans

I have  a feeling that you are going to threaten the  voting power of people'

remove the label of politics or politicians when you analyze these things. Always sit on the side of the public and then analyze it

That is why i am saying that i am afraid of these what ever boards' that you are trying to be implemented, practically the people cannot expect any good from such borads specially because of the personal prefernces of the members of the groups'

The VOTE OF PEOPLE , i RESPECT most and that would definitely safe guard and looks after the people of this country nothing else
