I normally like reading the posters along the
roads. I think I have mentioned it several times
Posters normally posts by many or any. Purposes and
objectives are different to each other. Unfortunately I sometimes read only the
posters to get a balance view on something I know that I should read several different opinion holders.
Then it is easier to weigh things or measure things. It is no point reading or
listening to a one group or set of who ever hold same ideas or ideologies.
I sometimes become the conversation partners of
our T, G and V of OUSL members of the department.
Today’s conversation was about MILK, MILK powder
in particular
I thought it is good to re write something about
companies (earlier I have written many things under the topic of ‘company’)
I personally think that every company is important.
Whether it is a two way company, small, medium company or a huge company it has
a vast meaning.
Any company is important specifically for the
people, workers, and members, sharers involved, including all top layers of the
company or any companies.
I don’t know why I should talk about holding or
loosing jobs, first and all other things later
May be it is because ‘worker’ or workers as a
whole is important, this I have my within somewhere
Loosing a job might cause some problems even on temporarily
basis that will matter only when a company is going to close permanently
Paying compensation will not compensate or cover everything
of the job loser
If there is a reason- fare enough to loose a job,
due to any personal reasons such as weak performances of a worker, doing
something to harm the company, to abandon the company then that is acceptable and
the worker has to bear all the results of their wrong doings
Establishing any company is not an easier thing to
do or to improve a certain company up to any level is not easier like drinking
a glass of milk
To establish any company sometimes take years or
even more. It is always the responsibility of the persons (top to bottom) involved
to take care of any company
What market strategy is useful to be used is depends
on the company aims, type of product, the importance it holds when it comes to
the needs and wants of the customer
Sometimes it is no point trying to sell fresh milk
where there are enough of cattle farming families for them may be it is alright
to sell cheese or butter if the customers prefers them
How many times a year you check the choices of the
customers depending on the areas, in towns in cities choices may differ
I am thinking of the market research at this point
of my essaying
Do you normally talk to your dealers to know the
customers choice
Dealer or the seller perhaps know what products
sells most
So it is worth or wise to send more in number what
is sellable than the things not sellable to the particular outlets or to the areas,
gama or nuwara (town)
I think any company has to think of the financial
levels of families of any village, community that you are aimed at specifically
before trying to promote your product
Promotions one has to do very intelligently not
blindly
I am just saying this
I have heard this many times
My mother used to say ‘don’t check the wallet of
your father or mother thinking of taking any money from it without getting permission
that is bad
she was referring to the term stealing
So a company is a mother although it is always or
mostly the fathers who establish companies than the mothers or the females
I think more and more females should get involve in
business I guess they are not weak at all in managing any businesses
Apart from the mother company all other sub
companies are the brothers and sisters no one should take a single rupee from
any company other than the amount or the portion that is given to them legally
or labour lawfully, according to the company agreements (the agreement between
the employee and the employer)
No worker can steal any money thinking of
nourishing personal pockets then everything or any company will vanish like
bubbles including their personal jobs but the time duration that will take what
ever to happen depends on the time taken to investigate or until others get to
know what is going on within
Audits and monitoring will help to over come such
any issues

Taking Bribery or selling any number of cartons of
anything illegal way or from back doors or from secret windows, there is no
second word that is the funeral of any company
I am just saying these things I am not
specifically aiming at any company because I know no company structure, setting
fully or totally
One thing that every involved must do is ‘love
your company’, ‘respect your company’
Again every top company must respect all bottom
companies
Then only any top member can expect respect from any
other members
No company member should think of tarnishing the
reputation the of the company (any company) that has earned through any number
of years, since the first day of setting up the company
First it is important to maintain trust and
respect within any company then only the others will follow the same. For instance
if the customers know that there are some discrepancies, no unity within then
customer may look the other side. There are many other sides in this universe not
just one or two
So dear companies think before you act is a good
way to protect any company
No company can hide things from any customer
reason is that this universe now has become very small because of the
technologies presently using by not only by the customers but also by the
dealers
Customer’s blessing goes to all good companies to
any company who are true to their companies
Take care of your companies it is not just
responsibility of company owners it is a responsibility of a state as well
A company is not just important for the people
involved also for the members outside to the companies
