Grand parents the volunteer ORGANIZATIONS




You find paid workers of various levels agreeing on various terms and conditions, within various or different organizations here or there in the globe. Even these features one can find within the International labour organizations not only local or other world organizations 

Permanent temporary or contract basis, you find various categories or layers of carrier positions. Big or small formal or informal every organization is unique. Voluntary service organizations are totally different to all other paid work categories 

Some voluntary organizations are slightly or totally depends on donor organizations or donations of the well wishes 

I think when it comes to something related to own families your contributions are always voluntary. Ethically or morally you have to contribute other members of the family expect you to do so.  Relatives, friends, neighbors well wishes, benefactors always contribute their knowledge or labour ‘voluntarily’ they never ask for any payments  

What is an organization? Different scholars may define it differently according to their expertise 

I can’t remember the theoretical or conceptual definitions

An organization is a group of people, community / members that has set up or has organized aiming at a particular goal /s or an objective / s. There is a vision behind every organization or else the public is always hope or trying to know the visions and mission of these organizations. 

These organizations normally or lawfully follow a unique set of rules and regulations, codes of conduct. The members consist of various levels and layers of knowledge expertise or skilled bases. Within a formal setting the members gather at a permanent structure during a fixed or scheduled time frame.  Lawfully these organizations should have a name for others to identify them or to show their identities to others 

Like we have names, Kamala, Rani, Madhuri, Poddi or Lokki these organizations have names given or suggested by the founders after registering it under authorized regulations, terms and conditions, under a particular state authority or some of these formal organizations has to register under particular authorities. There are privately maintained mother or sister companies they have to follow both state and private terms and conditions depending on the type of organizations

Welfare organizations, non profit organizations, volunteer organizations, unions, party organizations, profitable organizations, you find all these under state or private sector or private public partnerships. And you find all these again under these two categories that are international organizations and local organizations. The profit aimed at organizations have to show ‘profits’ and improvements in a particular or specific way I guess we identify these type of organizations or companies as ‘enterprises or as business entities.

An organization can be identified as a company in different name but between a company and an organization you may find slight differences within their settings and ways of working. Am I right?  

Some organizations that are different to enterprises mostly deals with ‘uncountable’ unquantifiable ‘individuals or groups of people. For instance, these type of formal organizations might deals with particular communities, villages, religious or certain or particular social groups (poverty group, children’s groups, groups of workers, groups that are affected by wars or any other injustices of a certain groups such as LTTE or alkaida or any other groups or according to them they too belong to ‘organizations or organized categories of people etc. so these organizations normally deals with a larger number of groups or a groups that consists more than five or less than ten groups or more than hundred or more than thousands groups all depends on the organizational capacities and resources  

Sustainability of any organization depends on various things, for instance, intelligences, skills strengths, resources, capacities of the organizations. An organization is not a one man show. They are teams. Any head needs the support of all layers of contributors that is not just to run an organization but to function it well

Similarly all other non enterprise organizations have to show their work values and volumes in various different ways.  There are ways to measure and weigh their capacities or achievements normally the audits are not the company auditors most the audits done by the service gainers and the ‘outsiders who are valuing your work sitting at a corner, outsiders can be your competitors who are involved in the same set of work

Competitions are not strange in among any sector organizations. Healthy competitions always give any company or enterprise, social, welfare organizations a boost or essential moral support    
There are non profits or organizations that are earning some profit but not recognized as enterprises or businesses

These organizations one can categorized under two main categories ‘‘formal’ and ‘informal’ ( úêu;a yd wúêu; ixúOdk )


Within a formal setting you can find systemized or formalized ways of working, a few I mentioned earlier. But within a informal setting like peers , group of friends, other small groups like ‘ seettu groups’   you find no particular time set to meetings , no particular scheduled frame works most the dealings are highly based trust and strengths

I know that my topic today is ‘Grand parents the VOLUNTIER organizations’. I like to think that we can find all the features that I mentioned above a little while ago within this very specific no cash profit at all, working under own specific rules and regulations, under very strong terms and conditions of love, organizations called ‘grand parents the volunteer organizations’

Sometimes the norms full laws within these organizations are a little strict ‘the inevitable members, the grand children have to obey them sometimes have no other choice i.e they have to read or write what these teachers say.

Sometimes the grand children obey the rules without thinking of the terms and conditions or strictnesses or the rules and regulations of this particular organization

Listening to bed time stories or day time stories evening or morning lesson times, during summer or school vacations they do so happily. These are unique activities done by these voluntary organizations. These activities that are done by these partiuclar organizations lead them, take them towards ‘never ending successes’. Those are the secrets of the success of this particular type organization.

The ways of functioning and the activities are different to all other organizations of this globe

Some of the other activities done by this are, good nanny services, day care services, (ethically it is not only day care but also night and mid night care inclusive), they provide tuition without getting  any charges, the subjects that are taught by the teachers, the grand parents are different to all other mathematics and sciences.   Home gardening, cooking, sewing, ethics and traditions, experience sharing, there are many unique subjects they are good at teaching

Also they provide their knowledge without getting any payments on the ‘maternity sciences their ways ‘am I right Ranganathan sir?         

Unlike any other organizations, formal or informal ‘they work day and night’ no specific time is agreed or scheduled

Unexpected arrivals of the members of the organization, or visits can be expected at any time of a day. Their anytime and all time target group, vision, mission, objectives all are their ‘grand children’. Therefore these particular organizations are totally a better mixture of all good qualities of good type organizations

The profit they earn is ‘happiness and improvements of their grand 
children’

Any big entrepreneurs or a heads or organizations can be founders of this organization and they too are agreeing to any conditions of their target groups, the grand children. The only bond they maintain is ‘the love towards their grand children’. These bonds are not signed on a paper or below any set of sentences. They follow or get no optional help from any other supporters that too is a unique feature of this voluntary organizations

They may or might not have a permanent structure for their gatherings with their target groups, so in these gatherings; the structure can be the residence of the sons and daughters or the homes of their own

And they can be identified or their names can be find in the ledgers or the drawings of the ‘global community‘called ‘universe’.  They know no other organizations than this.  This is the biggest ‘organization in the society and they are voluntarily reading all the oaths and vows before their grand sons and daughters.  And this particular organization is the tallest organizations of all, existing globally

Some of these same organizations are again re grouped or re named, re identified, re recognized as a  different group or at a different or a certain place when their grand children - great become ‘taller and fatter than them’ these structures are called ‘home for elders’
So these universal organizations, volunteer are controlled by a another organization, the ‘managerial committee of the home for the elders

The other little , little steady organizations called ‘nuclear’ (kHIaál mjq,) settings don’t exchange any ideas perceptions or concepts with sometimes a voluntary organization nothing much or nothing at all, because of nothing else but definitely due to lack of time and no lack of business



And they are the most famous credit and theft organizations other than the famous and trusted, universally recognized SANASA

All committees of grand children secretly send forms of loan lending or visit these credit and theft organizations and get loans but never pay back. The parental companies mostly are not aware of these loan dealings and they never get to know about it in the most the incidents

Any democratic, republican, labour or blue, green or red any party member becomes a member of this inevitable volunteer organization at a certain point of their life time

Negotiations, these are always possible with these organizations but often under very strict conditions

The organizations of grand children and parents organizations some times have clashes over various things. So this little organization (yet to be tall) mostly like to consult ‘this volunteer organization for gaining purposes, and they expect some pushes when it comes to getting permissions etc

Sadly there is very little number of extended family, (úia;D; mjq,) volunteer organizations exists in this globe now reason are various, and specific within this complex modernized, technologized, all parents are going to work globe

Herman sir likes to talk about his grand son, and Ranganathan sir is planning to visit his grand son in United States in about few weeks time
I think I must wish all such volunteer organizations good health!
