what is the meaning of UNITED NATIONS ?

Sorry for asking a question that normally a kid asks a kid. The answer any pre school child knows 
Uniting does not mean splitting do i have to write that?  

My next question is why the world should have a council or many councils for any many things ? 
what is the purpose of having a council that lead world towards splitting or cracking or blasting within 

What things i am talking about here,  you might think 

What are the things that do not have a council in this world and name a single thing that do not have a chair for a commissioner, that is how this world is structured 

Interesting thing is that in most the cases some countries gets a side of a one things and there is mostly two or three other groups that gets opposing or supporting what so ever ever that a council bring to the surface i.e  The report of the UNCHR / Geneva   

Read the histories of councils that took place in world history and the RESULTS to understand what i am saying clearly


UN = United Nations 

Do not take me wrong for saying this ' i believe all the sessions that were held in Geneva recently lead the world towards SPLITTING NOT FOR UNITING 

The report of the Hig commissioner of HR's broke world in to two main parts  and a part in between

One = the countries that were NOT supporting the Report of the UN commission HR 
 
Two = the countries that were not voted supporting or opposing   

The other is the number of countries that were voted against SL's peace situation and against the victory against terrorism

TAHT IS ONE OF THE BIG RESULTS OF THIS Geneva council ( 2014) 

I DO NOT KNOW WHY SUCH A COUNCIL IS UNABLE TO SAFE GUARD PEACE TOTALLY 

international affairs that any state maintains globally is highly important but any state has to understand the heaviest meaning of the word that should not mean kneeling down before something or any what so ever so called powerful state
or accept something that has the virus that may perhaps kill the inner lanes of HUMANS in any occasions , you never know 

America and their pals think BINS are dangerous but not the LTTE 

America has something to do with BINS ( fathers and sons), so they know what to do the rest of the world should not know their agenda how to catch and what to do later kind of things 

to decide something firmly any state has to have a back born i agree but there is a difference when taking a decision without thinking of the benefits that gets from any part of the world for that any state has to have a strong back born 
  

the death notice of the LTTE i have read and i am longing to read the other death notice that UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL will be releasing to the world after counting the votes 
what ever results that comes out of the sessions you can not change the fact that you killed people of one part of the world by providing space for them to take sides
