Youngsters are always the strength to any country. It is universal to any society. Whether it is London, Lisbon or Brisbane, Rio de Janairo, Teheran the country or village or zone is never a matter, ‘youth is the breath of any society.

Sama, Saman, Amara, Jane, Rewathi, Aswar, Anwar, Henry, William, kumara, Jinna, Cora, Mary, Rousewelts Shiva Shankar, menaka, Rahul daya , kamala Wimala i can't just address just a one youngster so this is for all

and please remember this is not an edited version you may find a lots of errors grammatical  and in the way i have structured my ideas but that is wrong you need to give others something total therefore read and measure the errors in your structures before you release them to the outside world

youth is intelligent and i trust them so take what you can or think is right bin the rest.

Any young become mature or old one day, but until then they have a role to play they just can’t wait at a corner and expect others to play their roles for them ‘growing accurately is not totally a responsibility of the others, or of your parents, elders, well-wishers. There is a certain age or certain stage of your life that others help until you to become little independence in what you do’. Liberty is not a term that you should read mistakenly, wrongly. There is a huge meaning within. One who is thinking of celebrating his/her liberty should understand that it does not mean that you were given a chance to staying away from your nuclear or extended or relatives totally.  

In every stage your life you need their support and help. But ‘DEPENDENCY’ is a wrong word or youngsters. Dependency will not make your life ‘total’ it will certainly drag your life towards ‘a hell’ not towards your aims and goals and objectives of your life. That is how you should understand this couple of words ‘liberty and independence’

It is not just physical growth a young have to think of or building up, becoming mature is not just healthily growing in the physique department. Young has to improve every cell of their brain departments as well. If you don’t use them accurately, always, and if you don’t exercise them daily in the proper departments they will die without giving you any opportunity to become mature totally.

May be it is always good to choose what you need to do thinking or giving your true likes and dislikes a big place. Otherwise in between your decision processes you may get fed up or end up in frustrations.  It is not point always moving here and there or back and forth of your carrier or personality spheres unnecessarily you need to have steady goal in your life. then you have the total chance to grow in the field of your steady goal. 

And one thing you need to remember is that ‘don’t change your goals always then you have less chance to become mature in a one field of your expectations. Because it is worth , your time if you are unnecessarily wasting your time planning your goals through out your life then how will you get chances to improve them.

Planning is essential yet you can’t waste whole your life planning without really implement your plans totally. And monitoring you, your self has to do though you know that you are monitored by your parents or well – wishers. You, it is only you who know your weaknesses and strengths more than anyone else. You can change your plans or life goals accordingly but don’t allocate whole your life for only for that.

So sharpen your talents and skills thinking of all the things ‘possible’ areas that give you a boost to improve your life certainly not the things that demote your life.    

To become mature or old and to achieve your targets in the arenas of your desired education and its expectations, carrier goals and objectives, brightening your external and internal personalities, ways of handling your personal and public agendas you need to stick to one good steady methodology.  

I never think that youth lacks in anything. They have what they need within, locally and the help they require outside to the family

Youth definitely has to be well informed, well judged try your best to do that because it is the most challengeable part of your life. Doing things correctly or accurately is never an easy thing to do. Because youth is not the only group of this society there are other categories various and different. Youth is not an isolated group they are totally linked to the outside world and to every single component of this world, existing or surviving.  Yet it is not the ‘the hardest’ thing of the world. You may have to face pits and holes that may appear before your walk ways or drive ways you may not notice them totally. So walk or drive carefully observing every single thing that may reside or locate along your walk ways. Then there is always a less chance you falling in to pits or in to holes. 

Once you fall it is no easy to recover trust me there is always less number of people who is ready to give you a hand to wake up or stand or come out of the pits you fallen in to. Most would push you further in to the deep pit rather than helping you. I mean there is always a chance for such things reason is this is a complex world, this world is full of various people , group creatures

Careful of drug dealers

Careful of misguides

Careful of the ones who take advantage of your youthness

Careful of the ones who says that you have got no talents 

or weak

Careful of the ones who say what you created has no value

Careful of the ones who says that you are cynic and you have no strength to continue your life

Careful of the ones who lets you feel embarrassed  

Embrace and kiss the ones whom you trust ‘never hurry your life when you have to take decisions with regard to your life goals

‘speed’ this you have immensely and a world full yet slower it when ever necessary

Accelerating your life is essential but ‘you need to know when to do what

Have not a bit but a lot of patience. 

It is you who needs to be the total controller of your own life and don’t let others to control your life unnecessarily. 

Never agree to things ‘blindly’ weigh them measure them delete or erase or adjust when you think is necessarily in order to proceed without giving anyone any headaches any further

And stand up when ever necessarily

Stay on the side of your motherland, your country. Never do a single thing to harm your mother land not even in your dreams and never harm your country men, your people it is always your neighbor comes to your house first when you are in a trouble, other ones needs little time to reach your home because of the distances they maintain in kilo meters

Never gets the side of the injustice always tries to get the side of the truth and right. NO it is not easy at all. All or I must say ‘every thing’ ‘depends’ on your UNDERATANDING on the things that exists in this universe. It is how you value things of your own society or your country, world. It is how you sometimes labeling them. You get what you give. If you give something good, in return you get the same that is what my instincts says, my personal knowledge says

Don’t just sit and wait until others come and complete your tasks. Don’t ask others to do your chores it is never their duty or responsibility it is yours. If you do so that will definitely take you towards dependency not towards liberty or independence of your aims

Exchanging a word with a true smile with others would certainly add plusses to your life they are investments. There comes a moment you earn a profit from it. You may not earn the profit exactly in the moment of you investing something, that can be anything there is no particular colour or shape of the things that you can invest. It is not always in the markets and commercials that you get chances to invest, it is not always cash or labour, what about you thoughts or ideas, well wishes, your knowledge invest them in your village, community, your country in the world society

Sometimes you get your profit little later after you investing what you have invested. There is no instant ways of earning profit there is no easy ways of earning profit. 

There are no detours in achieving life goals dear youngsters

Study the ‘tall and huge’ learn from them use your instincts not just instances.   Don’t expect results instantly.

Ok I think I should windup at this moment I have many things to share with you dear youth yet I like to summarize this my essay this way ‘be a good investor’
