Are 'quality' and intention' twins like 'customer and manufacturer are good friends - trust worthy ?

Part i 

when compared to the highly big markets around the world we have a teeny weeny, chooty booty market. any oppositions ? 

i am not going to name any of the highly big or lowly small markets of this existing world. 

my argument is that even a single customer of this whole big world of market has an immense value. The business know business people know this. so that category of busy business people, none of the teeny weeny or amatures to the field even do not think of loosing any i beleive because who wants to say at the end 'we earned nothing the whole day' to the share holders, or to anyone, any member who holds equally valuable share of the sweat of the market and efforts and investments.  

i like to compare the prizes with the quality, quality with the goodness, quality with the 'brands', levels of packing, expiry dates and tastes and i often complain about few things like others. 

yet

i know doing a business is not easy as cooking a dhall curry or making a pol sambole. or delivering this product and that product to this and that, all markets. And this too true that people can say this and that sometimes of this and that of consume or non consume stuff. we can not forget that some customers are tuft in their 'right dealings' of any markets but one should not forget that 'customers too needs to maintain bit of patience' - no harm

still, constant errors of markets and related deals are unpardonable.
   
so my general knowledge 'hint' me that the 'intention of any businessmen/women' who runs what ever busy business can be apart from 'profit - good','maintain it to a good level without earning bad name' but a good name of the product as well as the company/business also that is what any 'business know people' think as 'doing better business'.  

often we find this term called intention exceed or break the limit of 'earning profit good way' and choose or try deliver to the products what ever via the wrong paths or lines. but this is not always the case with good intention businesses.

i.e.
if i have a business i might try to own the authority of the market in the similar or same field. there is nothing wrong in that. who starts businesses to fail or drop. i may starve for a good name. if the product or the service offer by me deserves it i may get it and i am sure my customers will not refuse me or my product 'what they finally need is a good service and a quality product equally worth the money they spend on behalf of their needs as well as they are helping me to survive in the industry and for my existence of the field.

and specifically i might not forget because of the customers or the people who use my service 'i survive in the field' i must not cheat my customers for any reason. i have no right to try ( ethically) full fill my bad intentions through the businesses that my ancestors, great or grand parents may have started. i must learn to protect the name they have so far earned it is so easy to lose a name what is most difficult is to maintain its level of 'wholesomeness of business'. 

personally i never will ( imagine here that i own a business' perhaps i may let  you know the name and the nature of the business of mine little later) sell my 'good name' for any billions or billions of money. one can steal that billions and billions of money and who knows what ever may happen in this unpredictable world of business full of 'the rupees, coins and notes are floating globally. but good name of any busy businessman/woman 'can anyone steals or burn or hide' - no it is not possible. 

'authority' is good. but how are we try to own that, in what way, via whom, who will gain the final result of doing that? all these things are important to take notice. 

are you going to lose majority of market just for a small profit ( comparative this profit and losses are i know ) of something immaterial. 

i guess youngsters and amateurs in some of the businesses do n't know 'how their ancestors/people who set up the business  big heart founders did businesses since the very first day of this world's of businesses and its existence. since the day that there were no 'goods exchange with money' but goods were exchanged with goods' + good heart and name. i guess you have no doubt about such things.  

please dear amatures and youngsters of the field just analyze such things if possible ' didn't they own a huge name globally' just with brand that they founded 'sweating all the sweats' even a drop of sweat they value (all Bindu bindu that came after their little digits at the front no forcefully but so flow fully don't you think has some value or do you dis agree) apart from the waves of successes -big the zeros that you add at every end of little numbers i guess takes ones business to a certain levels.

so this adding many zeros later or after of a little digit i never think that it is the only indicator or a measurement of a good business 'or of a successful business of any kind. there are other things that has immeasurable value i know. but every single thing in this process has at least a least value. one can devalue the importance of such things. may be such things may come under the categories personal successes of businesses that one may run.

so when it comes to business 'often the busy business people have to prove taht they are doing an honest buniesses and there is no bad intension behind. often customers question you dear all big and small business partners of all and any kind.

so it is so important that when ever a customer question you, your business, your product ' you need to answer them' NO it is not possible to manufacture answers it a product that you can manufacture or produce 'NO businessess or service providers, institutions survive can exist alone there is always the other party.

for a busniesses the customers/dealers etc

for an education entity the students

for an service providers 'there has to service receivers' there has to a demand.
the demand it self is not enough i know. when the demand comes on top the 'competition' comes to the same layer and sometimes it exceeds the demand. 

so when there are some disputes shown ( often, rarely or all the time) who earns the good results out of such disputes the 'business know business people know this i have no doubt. one steady intersts and respects towards your customers keeps the customer attached to you the same customer do not isolate you in the field of same business. 

here in this 'procedures' every customer too know or should know that because they have needs and wants there is such market exists, available or visible in this world. they depend on each other so they both have to show that they are a good pair. THE CUSTOMER AND THE MANUFACTURER (are there any better technical -business terms than this in the world) this might leads ones business to a quality full business and maintain good intention ( always)+ customer care is up to maximum level or expected level of the customers. this will not bring any tension between any parties involved in the business( local or international) 

so DOUBTS OF CURRENT OR FUTURE BUSINESSES ( CONSUME OR OTHERWISE, RELATED) HAS TO ERADICATE FOR A BETTER 'CUSTOMER' 'MANUFACTURER' RELATIONSHIP. DOUBTS MAY CRACK, BREAK THE ALREADY ACHIEVED, TARGETED GOOD NAME OF ONES BUSINESSES.

THEREFORE

I SUGGEST .................

IF YOUR CUSTOMERS QUESTION YOU OF ANYTHING RELATED TO 'YOUR PRODUCT' EVEN ABOUT THE PACKING - COVER OUTSIDE, THE TRADE MARKS, QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCT CLEANSE THEIR DOUBTS ERASE THEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. 

WE HAVE A TEENY WEENY MARKET TRUE AND AGREE ( IN COMPARISON TO OTHER MARKETS GLOBAL) BUT WHEN IT COMES TO VALUE OF OUR MARKET ( EVERY CORNER OF THIS MARKET) HAS IMMEASURABLE VALUE NO ONE CAN ARGUE AND SAY 'WRONG' 

ALSO, I SUGGEST ..........

- COME UP WITH UNDERSTANDABLE ANSWER SHEET

- COME AND MEET YOUR CUSTOMER PUBLICLY WITH PROOFS ' LOOK OUR HANDS ARE CLEAN' THERE IS NO BACTERIAL OUTER COVERS OR INNER LAYERS OR NOTHING WE WRAPPED WITH 'BAD INTENTION'

- 'CUSTOMER IS OUR FOUNDATION AND IT IS THE CONCRETE OF OUR BUSINESS AND OUR EXISTENCE TOO ( THIS IS NO EXAGGERATION OR EXCEPTION I LIKE TO BELIEVE)

- SHOW THEM ( WHEN EVER THEY QUESTION YOU )WE HAVE NEVER DISHONEST WITH THE CUSTOMER BASE OF OURS 

- may be the owner of any entity might have to answer in relation to any questions that starts with 'why' 'why not'

there are no questions exists or co exits without answers 

and following is a reminder for a RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITIES' that who some times have to answer the customers when they ask or question you.

you issue 'certificates' of good quality, non harmful for consuming, certificate ISO or SLS under what so ever year or trade mark digits 

so you have a role to play  you have to protect your customer AS WELL AS THE BUSINESS ENTITIES OR PERSONALITIES 'THEY PAY YOU TAXES' ( ALL ? :) most of them are the backbone of the country's economy, one of the core partners of different layers of our economy.

if customers doubts any products (any) the authority can come and show 'what ever necessary to prove and protect' all layers of the businesses. i know it is no easy to balance all sides and all parties. sweating is inevitable. 

 I LIKE TO BELIEVE ALL STATE OR NON STATE profit earning components, follow the same rules and regulations and customer care or customer is always right' sayings or statements or must maintain to its best level. 

i am no economic analysts or market analysts but i suggest WE NEED TO SOON CLEANSE OUR MINDS using A GOOD AND CLEAR STRAIN REMOVING MEDIA and involvements of all the necessary party to clean doubts of customers are important and relevant BECAUSE SUCH THINGS ARE NOT JUST MARKET, BUSINESS OR ECONOMIC MATTERS SUCH THINGS COME WARPED WITH OTHER VERY IMPORTANT 'SOCIAL, GLOBAL, RELIGIOUS' THEORIES, CONCEPTS, ELEMENTS, OR ATTITUDES, PERCEPTIONS of our SOCIETIES/PEOPLE.

let's not keep any space ( not a tiny or a small space) for any parties to ERASE, DELETE OR CRACK THE RELATIONSHIPS THAT BOTH PARTIES MAINTAINED SO FAR. good for everything of all layers of any society.
                  
so those are my personal ideas though i own no business or know no business but i have an assurance as to ' i am a good customer with eyes wide open'.
