I have no idea when and how these sports activities have entered
the human lives like many other amazing things in this universe that we are
experiencing right now. But one thing is very clear and I believe that it may
have begun billions of decades ago. You can not discuss much about ‘life’ with
out talking about games. Life will be
boring with out games. Life it self is a game I believe.
We are players of the ‘life’, if its a game. In the literal sense, some
win and some lose the games they play. Some I believe lose each and every
game they play but when ever they get another chance likes to win. For some
people ‘winning’ is not a big deal but for some it is. Some do not like to lose
but always like to win. Cricket, Chess, Rugby, foot ball, volleyball and some
interesting local games, the other games that I have not mentioned here, which
have always entertained us and gives us knowledge and adds different dimensions to our lives. Do you agree with
me?
As for Chess I know nothing about the game but I have seen
the players who are playing the game. Interesting to watch you need to
concentrate more on the game, once you lose contact with the game I am sure you
will have to lose the game.
Talking in a
metaphorical vein, in life, you need to
concentrate on every single thing. If you miss a single thing you will have to face the consequences. If you carefully examine most of the games, each game
indicates some aspects of life.
Talking about chess the symbols used in the game symbolizes
the characters you meet in every day life. Some characters of course can easily be
identified. The so- called good characters that the whole society identifies easily or accept or respect are very rare. I
also like to think that it is a very complicated task to select or look for
totally good or bad people in this world; we meet many with mixed qualities.
Players have to obey the rules of the games if not the judges
will throw you out or will show you a red or a yellow card. If you do not obey
the rules then you will not recognized as a disciplined player. Some of this is
applicable to life. You will have to obey the rules of life.
Life is not a single person’s game. Many players are involved although you think
that you are alone sometimes. Do not forget that other players are watching
you. Life and games generally get distracted by the other constraints or the
barriers.
Some try to pull you back some might push you forward and give
a motto or a support to win a game.
Ground support is very essential in every game you play. You sometimes need help from your loved ones, friends, family members to win the game of the life.
Every game is unique and has its own values and demands whether
it plays within 64 inches or in a huge pitch, you need to have a goal. Having a
goal is not enough you need to have a proper plan to win a game and I think some
of it is applicable to your life and to my life.
Every game is interesting and teaches you many lessons,
Sometimes you have to have a target and the ball the coming in your direction is
not easily identifiable but some like to face the risk. Sometimes you are right
sometimes you are wrong that is life.
Some get medals or trophies appreciating their efforts and
contribution, but not always. Often, some
people who played outside the ground dealing with the players outside the
ground get maximum advantage from a game.
The people who really were in the game sometimes will get nothing but real players of the game or the life do not care much about those things and again will join happily with the game. Some I guess fight against the opposition but off the ground they are all friends. The games of power are always different and complicated and you get chances to learn lessons from the experienced players of these games.
I m sure, some has
dreams in life and in games. You may
have won something or may have lost few things in life, inevitable and that is
life.
